Where do I find my tracking code?

In your order confirmation email, you will see your order number at the top starting with #CRYS (example: #CRYS9492). Enter that number on this page to track your order: Track & Trace

My tracking shows no updates. What does that mean?

Please double-check the order number you entered (example: #CRYS9492).

Tracking updates usually appear once the carrier has scanned your parcel. Sometimes there can be a short delay before the first update shows.
