Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

If your order isn’t the right fit (wrong size, color, or you’ve changed your mind), we offer a 30-day return window. This includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal plus an additional 16 days provided by us to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

The 30-day period starts on the day your order is delivered. Once you notify us of your return, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof of return).

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem. Please reach out via our Contact page and include:

  • Your order number (starts with #CRYS)

  • The item you currently have

  • The item you wish to exchange it for

Returns (how it works)

To make sure we can identify your parcel and refund you quickly, please notify us before sending anything back.

  1. Register your return via Contact (or use the returns page if you prefer).
  2. Follow the instructions on Returns.
  3. Drop the parcel off at a parcel point and send it to the return address shown in the instructions.
  4. After you notify us, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Important: If you send a return without contacting us first or without registering it, we may not be able to match the parcel to your order and the refund can’t be processed. Please always register your return first.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it. After 2 hours, the order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled. If needed, you can still return the parcel once it arrives.

Return shipping costs

  • For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.

  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to you, the customer. This applies when you purchase the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.

Damaged or defective items

In these cases, we send a replacement free of charge for the first report and do not issue a refund. If a replacement arrives defective again (very unlikely), we will refund the full purchase price.

Sender responsibility

The sender is responsible for the parcel in transit, including returns. Please keep your tracking number and include any required return information so we can process everything smoothly.
